How to return or exchange an item

You can return or exchange damaged prints for up to 90 days after you purchase them. Prints must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact)
  • Have proof of purchase such as a receipt or delivery note.

How to return my print(s)

Use the contact form to tell me about your damaged item. Select the 'Print Inquiry' object option, and please mention in your message the reference of your order. It will only make the process faster.

Once this proof of damage is confirmed, I will refund you or send you a new framed print, depending on your choice.
